Instructions for donating money on-line with a credit card.

To Donate or Pay for Conference on line by credit card, please follow the following instructions:

1.     Go to KCFA web site at WWW.KCFA.NET

2.     In the home page, see the Credit Card icon for paying the Annual Conference on line – click on it.

3.     Once on the payment page, enter the amount you want to pay. The space for quantity should be left as 1. Then click on “Secure Check Out”

4.     In the next screen, enter your name and address and click on “continue check out”

5.     In the billing information screen, enter your credit card information and complete the rest of the form. Make sure you enter your email. Enter Credit Card Including: Card type, credit card number, expiration date, verification number found on the back of the card, and the name as it appears on the card.

6.     Copy security measure number as it appears.

7.     In the place for message, enter information for KCFA treasurer, indicating the purpose of your payment Then click on “continue Checkout”

8.     On the receipt page, please verify all the information you have given to ensure that it is accurate. Then click on “PAY” button. Write or print your receipt ID number.

9.   Why I am being charged "shipping and handling"?   

      Explanation on PayPal fees. PayPal charges the 2.9% of the total transaction. They also charge $0.30 for each transaction. Thus, per $150.00, PayPal fees are about US$ 4.65. Together, these fees will appear as "shipping and handling".
